The production process of solar panels mainly includes the following steps:
1. Preparation of silicon wafers: High-purity silicon is processed into thin silicon wafers.
2. Formation of P-N junctions: Special techniques are used to create P-N junctions on the silicon wafers.
3. Fabrication of solar cells: The silicon wafers are transformed into solar cells.
4. Interconnection of cells: The cells are connected to each other to form an electrical circuit.
5.Layers,put all the solar module needed layers like EVA,PET,Front glass or PET,ETFE,glass is the front for glass solar module.
ETFE is for semi flexible solar panel or semi rigid solar module,eTough series module solar.
PET are mostly for foldable solar kits.
All the layers put in order and got to lamination machine.
6.Lamination:Put layers in lamination machine after 20-30minutes,mainly take out the air in panels and all panels composite together.
7.Module assembly: The cells are assembled, along with frames and other components, to form a complete solar panel.
Put frame,Jbox cable.
8.IV test:test each solar panel power output,Vmp,Voc,Isc etc parameters.
9.clean and package.
